Long-tailed Fiscal

Lanius cabanisi

This handsome, large shrike is a commonly-seen bird in the southern and eastern areas of Kenya and north-eastern Tanzania.
Handily, it is named after its most prominent feature, which helps to distinguish it from the Grey-backed Fiscal, though the two species tend to have different distribution patterns.
