Also (previously) known as Spotted Morning Warbler and Spotted Palm Thrush.
this particular individual was taking advantage of a hose watering the lawn at Baringo Island Camp, so will be of the nominate race.
When we stayed at Selous Safari Camp in Tanzania, one would come to the verandah of our tent every morning at first light to see if it could get any crumbs from our early morning cookies!
