Somali Bee-eater

Merops revoilii

Birds of Kenya and Northern Tanzania says that this species "often looks scruffy and dishevelled".
It is found in northern and eastern Kenya, recently as far south as Tsavo, but most likely to be seen in the Samburu complex.
